"Excellent Fast shipping. Amazingly quick. We bought 2 tankless water heaters from Home Depot and they didn't include the flew adapters nor did they tell us they was needed to make the product operate. After having problems with the installation, a call to the Rheem toll free number got the problem diagnosed. So, we went back to Home Depot, and they don't carry the flew adapter necessary to make the heaters work. No one there could figure out how to get one locally, or order one. When I got home, I went on line and found them at CPO Rheem. 2 days later they had made it from California to the Houston TX area and installed by me. Fastest shipping I've ever seen. I don't think Rheem should be selling their products through Home Depot, they tend to lack the attention to detail that is needed when the project has more than one part."
